Thick_Membrane is a developed Pre-fabricated furniture project designed and
produced in New York City College of Technology . The task of the project is to design an Intergrated shelving system for the Architectural Department office located on the 8th floor of the Vorhees Building. The finished unit must accommodate sitting area, book storage and a computer station. The materials used were 3/4in birch plywood and was cut by using Rhino Cam Software with the C,N.C. machine.The Phase2
of the design is to develop a prototype of the original proposal.
